These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at innerbeautyroomm.com, our appointment booking and request services, and our SMS text messaging program (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, or by opting into our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, submitting an appointment request, or providing your mobile number and opting into our SMS program, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
• You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide;
• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy;
• You consent to receive electronic communications, including SMS, from InnerBeautyRoom.

2. Description of Services

InnerBeautyRoom is a boutique hair and beauty studio operating in Naples, Florida. Our Services include:

• An informational website where prospective and existing clients can learn about our salon, stylists, and services;
• An appointment request form for booking consultations and salon services;
• An optional SMS text messaging program for appointment confirmations, reminders, stylist updates, and promotional offers;
• In-person professional salon services, provided by appointment only.

Availability of specific services, stylists, and appointment times is subject to change without notice.

3. SMS Messaging Program Terms

3.1 Program Name and Operator

The SMS program is operated by InnerBeautyRoom under the program name “InnerBeautyRoom Appointment & Promotions.”

3.2 Message Types

Messages you may receive include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders (24-hour and 1-hour reminders)
• Rescheduling, cancellation, and availability updates
• Stylist-specific notes or follow-ups related to your bookings
• Occasional promotional offers and service announcements

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. During times of active appointment scheduling, you may receive more messages; during inactive periods you may receive none.

3.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, depending on the rate plan with your mobile carrier. InnerBeautyRoom is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.5 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our program. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent from our program. You may rejoin the program at any time by submitting our opt-in form again.

3.7 Carrier and Compatibility

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other participating carriers. SMS messaging may not be available on all mobile networks or devices. We are not responsible for undeliverable or delayed messages resulting from carrier issues or device incompatibility.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree:

• To provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in any form you submit;
• Not to submit another person’s mobile phone number without their explicit consent;
• Not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose;
• Not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
• To promptly notify us if your mobile number changes or if you lose control of your number.

We reserve the right to remove you from our SMS program or refuse Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

Appointments may be requested through our website and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable cancellation fees or deposit requirements, will be communicated at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows may result in future appointment restrictions.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerBeautyRoom disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

InnerBeautyRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or our SMS program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the salon service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
